Tennis Elbow !

Today i gave in the pain and went to the hospital they gave me a selection of tablets that most us old fools will no of and booked us into the Fracture Clinic on Monday !

I as many others fort that Tennis Elbow were just a gay injury ! How wrong we all were! 5 odd months and a steriod injection later! its still killin me! My Advice to anyone with pains in their Elbow, Is to lay off and rest it. As it dont go it just gets worse!

Got the Tape out!

Yet another cam down! This is the 3rd Cam Broken,just a cheap one but they all handy! And they all cost dollar, So a big thank you to Ill Advised's Kat for lending us one!

On a good note i got the tape out from a good session me and Bazza had at Corby, until I bloody snapped it, so i think i gonna have to cellotape it! too get to see it now, it gotta be worth a try!
